Jon Chapman

Jon has practised as an independent leadership development consultant, executive coach and psychotherapist for ten years.

Before that he had careers in industrial market research, management consultancy and as Chief Executive with a UK-based technology manufacturing business.

He studied History at Cambridge and has an MBA from Cranfield School of Management. He is a Certified Pesso-Boyden therapist.

He has been a Council Member of the UK Chemical Industries Association and is currently a Board Member of the UK Association of Pesso-Boyden Practitioners. He also belongs to the UK Association of Humanistic Psychology Practitioners.

He is currently a Visiting Fellow at Cranfield School of Management.

In his spare time he is a member of the Netherhall Archers in Cambridge, writes historical fiction (under the pen name of Jonathan Wise) and paints. The photographs and illustrations used on this web site are his.

 

Jane Davey

Jane worked as an Executive Coach for the past twenty years with the accountancy firm Pricewaterhouse Coopers and is now independent.

Whilst with PWC she worked as a trainer, then as a management and organisation development consultant and executive coach.

Jane studied mathematics at the University of London and qualified as a Chartered Accountant. She has a diploma in counselling, is a trained Pesso-Boyden Practitioner and has undertaken coaching training at the Gestalt Centre in London.

In her spare time Jane likes to travel, exploring both the UK and abroad. She is also a film fanatic and an avid reader of fiction
